Live For Today

It can become quite difficult to always come up with new ideas for fresh articles. I have a tendency to use past experiences to base editorials on. But there's one thing I have learned over the years, others do not learn from our mistakes. Everyone must live through their own screw ups. It's how we learn and grow and become.
I came across this quote from The Crones Gathering,

Dunlop Lake, Elliot Lake,
 Ontario, Canada

"A new book with 365 blank pages is awaiting you.
Each page is for you to write your story.
There is no need to repeat what has already past.
Start writing anew with each morning."

I suddenly realized that most of my articles were written from my past. And it doesn't stop there! I was writing about my past so I could find a way to improve my future. I forgot the most important rule, "Live for Today." If you stop and think about it for just a second, that tiny small window of time called "Today" is the only thing we have control over and even that can be finicky.

There Comes A Time

There comes a time when you have to choose
Between turning the page
And closing the book
"Josh Jameson"

Everyone has at some time in their lives come to a crossroads where a choice must be made. Sometimes it's one of the hardest choices to make, but sooner or later regardless of the situation around you, you will have to make the decision.

When I speak of choices, I don't mean whether to go to WalMart or Target for a day of shopping. It's the big life changing choices that I'm talking about. Decisions that could very well turn your life upside down and inside out for good measure. Anyway you look at it, major choices usually mean major life changes. The two have a funny way of colliding.
