Temper Tantrum In Progress

     I was extremely upset last week because of money again. We got up one very cold morning and the truck wouldn't start. We worked at it for two days and nothing. We knew it wasn't the battery because it was getting a spark. We assumed the starter had died. We called a tow truck and had it brought to the garage. There was nothing wrong with the starter besides being frozen but during the inspection, the mechanic realized the ball joints were finished. When all was said and done, we paid out $480.

We Are Divine

For too Long you have allowed the past to affect you!

For too long you have taken personally what others say about you!

For too long you have stood on the sidelines watching others thrive!

For too many nights you have gone to bed worrying about what may be.

For too long you have felt a fear in your heart.

For too long you have settled for second best!

Now is the time to awaken!

Now is the time to shine!

Now is the time to accept that you are divine!

This is my message for you

Allow it to touch the deepest parts of your being

To help you awaken to the truth

That you do deserve to live a great life

And whatever that means to you

New Year's Resolutions

     

     Here it is, 2014. Another year has come and gone in the blink of an eye. Funny how the days can drag by but the years just melt away. Now that the holidays are over and I've had a bit of time to reflect, wow, what a year. In fact it's been a pretty good year. A new home. A new knee. A new perspective. The funny thing is even with all these blessings I didn't accomplish one thing on my resolution list from last year.
